Did you say building? No? Well, Skippy's doing it anyway!

He's back to trying to fix his oil shortage, this time by trying to clear up his hydrogen backup issues at each of his new oil seeps.

The glass production isn't feeding enough into the prism manufacturing line, so we need to expand! Always be smelterin'.

He wraps up his solar sail production line, bringing in all of the ingredients, and gets them feeding into the rail guns automatically. The Dyson Swarm begins!

Then, with much tribulation and heavy sighing, Skippy begins the long trek to manufacturing green energon cubest (Gravity Matrix). He starts out with adding manufacturing sites for titanium ingots, titanium glass, and more stone mining. Then he's got to add more nuclear power, and upgrade his solar panels to Ray Receivers, to get power from the now-active Dyson Swarm. After that, he sets up a new plastic manufacturing site, as well as organic crystal.

And yet, all is not well. The expanded nuclear power has gulped down all of Skippy's deuterium reserves in that area, so he spends a bunch of time jamming two more Fractionators into the hydrogen loop. And it mostly sort of works!
