His hair in person is longer overall on the sides, but there aren't male mannequin heads with black hair that long.
This was the closest. His hair is at least 15 inches long if not more. I used a 00000 guard which is close to bald on the left side of his head. Only the one side is shaved from what I can see.
I sprayed in a sea salt spray at the end.
