The second "unofficial" first to ten match I had with a Steam friend. I managed to win this one but I get a lot of losses once I reached the 10th win. Overall our record ends at 12-9 in favor of me.

There's actually a match earlier than this one which I get to record but deleted along with the other recorded footage because I initially thought I'll not be able to record a set today due to the disconnections I've been having. If that one's included our record ended at around 12-10.

I realized that Squigly is a very tough character to deal with especially with her Fallen Woman special. It's a move that's difficult to block as it can cross-up and hits high. One way to effectively defend against it is to simply dodge, which is easier said than done. Filia, on the other hand, has very powerful aerial attacks which always confirm to a combo when hit.

Touch of Death combos can really decide a match's outcome early on. What you can hope if you're on the receiving end is for the combo do drop, but then you have to worry about the vortexes and your opponent's okizeme game.
