Okay, so some people might be having some issues with this one, so I made a really easy guide.

Pick two characters and Peacock for your team.
Get the first character down to almost nothing and swap them out (MP + MK) then swap them back in. This will keep their health at about what you left them with.
Get the second character down to almost nothing and get ready for your move. You can swap them out if you want to make sure they die, but it's not required.
Get a vast difference, then push assist on your second controller.
Quickly input 236 (forward quarter turn) and 2 punches. I assigned all three to a button and just did it like that. You can do it either way, but you need to do it before the assist character leaves.
If you do it right, you will do "Argus Agony", which should finish them both nearly instantly. This attack does good damage, so you have some leeway, but I would make sure they die in a second or two like I did in the video.
