In this video I cover the basics of leveling your order. Once you cap on your sparks you can gather resources to level your order, this can be done by hiring adepts, and sending them on missions. You will also unlock provinces which you can build monasteries on. You will need to gather special resources in order to level up and construct these monasteries. Increasing your follower count will let you level your order, increasing the number of adepts you can hire and unlocking some perks.
