The first big cannon to avoid is at the end of 'Failing Fields'. The remaining big cannons and non-destroyable cannons that you need to avoid are all on 'The Battlements'. Dodge burrow or whatever you need to do to not get hit by a shell and you will get the achievement. Achievement will not Pop until you kill all the enemies in 'Chaotic Courtyard'.
