Ever get frustrated when installing a weapon/armor mod and it wasn't working with SkyRe? Well here's a fix for that.

Now I'm not sure if this is because I use Balbors and Steelsouls SkyRe Patcher files with T3nd0's SkyRe mod but I highly recommend you use it since its what my game's current stats.xml file uses.
