Skyrim 100% Maximized Legendary Playthrough - 311. Breaching Security
2We return to the Sanctuary to turn in both Bound Until Death as well as the three side contracts from Nazir. Up next is Breaching Security, where we're going to kill and frame the son of Commander Maro, the man responsible for the Emperor's security.
This one is pretty easy. We sneak into Dragon Bridge and observe Maro the younger setting out on his tour of Skyrim. We then sneak into the Penitus Oculatus outpost to steal his schedule so we know where to find him. The easiest place to ambush him that also earns the bonus is when he's at the Bannered Mare in Whiterun, so we just have to wait for him to get there.
While we're waiting though we have another piece of business to take care of. We picked up yet another side contract from Nazir, this time for Agnis, the old woman in Fort Greymoor we visited before starting the Dark Brotherhood questline proper. Having cleared out the bandits, the fort is now under the control of Imperial soldiers. We're still going to sneak in and out though, so we enter through the secret back entrance where we can easily stealth up to Agnis, kill her, and back out again without ever being seen.
We then have a little more time to kill before Maro arrives in Whiterun. As with Anoriath, we're not worried about sneaking in or out of the city since we live there. Once he arrives at the Bannered Mare, it's a simple matter of sneaking into the inn, killing him in his private room, and sneaking out again.
