Skyrim 100% Maximized Legendary Playthrough - 426. Exploring the Hjaalmarch Swamp Part 2
2We continue where we left off last time at the entrance to Fort Snowhawk. We work on exploring more of the swamp, first in the remaining bit attached to the mainland to the east of the fort, then working our way out into the maze of islands. If you're wondering how I have any sense of direction or where I am when I'm doing this, it's because I'm using the excellent map from uesp.net:

I have it up on a second screen while I play, and it's invaluable when you're trying to explore every inch of Skyrim like we are.
We explore a couple of locations in this one. We visit one primary location, the Apprentice Stone, and one secondary location, a sunken Draugr Burial Ground. Neither has much to them, but they break up the monotony of trekking through the swamp looking for ingredients to harvest.
The plan is to gradually work the swamp from west to east, and we get a good amount of ground covered in this one. Reaching our carry limit necessitates ending with a trip back to Whiterun for a sort n' sell, but next time we'll work on the large patch of land that forms the other end of the Solitude arch.
