Hey guys! Today I modded Skyrim so that EVERY NPC can use dragon shouts to defend themselves.

Basically whenever an enemy is in the combat state I made it so that every 5 seconds they cast a random dragon shout at whomever they are in combat with.

Meaning that EVERY NPC I fight has the chance to fight back with a dragon shout that will blast me off of High Hrothgar.

Thus meaning that everyone BUT me is the DragonBorn
