Alright, in this video, I show you how to work around the legendary College Of Winterhold Revealing the Unseen/Eye of Magnus bug where Skyrim effectively won't recognize either of these quests existing, yet the Staff Of Magnus will be recognized, because that makes sense. What follows is information that may be helpful when you try this workaround:
Make sure that you have no followers present and that you have all college of winterhold quests save for revealing the unseen complete (This includes misc quests as well as actual side quests)
Here's how the quests go (According to UESP)
Good Intentions (MG04)
Revealing The Unseen (MG06)
Containment (MG05)
Staff of Magnus (MG07)
Eye of Magnus (MG08)
Again, our issue is that MG05 and MG08 are not being recognized as quests, but the other ones are and they are working fine. Because that makes sense. Anyway, at this point after using setstage MG07 200, you're going to want to become the Arch-Mage. To do this, click on your character and type
addfac 0001F259 6
At this point, you'll be recognized as the Arch-Mage by npcs throughout Skyrim, and you'll be able to access the Arch-Mage's quarters in the College.
