So it's possible to get TWO FOLLOWERS in Vanilla Game , one has to be Serana though. First you need to hire any follower that is Not Serana, then go to castle Volkihar Underpass.Go into the Underpas and Serana will appear , complete the Underpass entering the courtyard. After this Serana will keep following you and your other follower will reappear after you leave Volkihar . You can interact with both as normal .
