Jean-Pierre "the Jackrabbit" is a pacifist Breton Illusion mage. I am poking a bit of fun at him at the beginning, I hope any pacifists out there are not offended and... turn the other cheek. ;)

However, I am not just here to poke fun. I am on a mission with my pacifist playthrough. I want to experience Skyrim as a character who uses totally different strategies than my normal. Rather than following the probably most efficient path to power, I am walking the road less traveled.

For myself and most Skyrim players, violence is the first and only resort. And that's okay and fun, but warriors can get OP very quickly if you know the game well, which thousands of hours in I definitely do. That can be a tad predictable. Jean-Pierre in contrast is going to avoid violence to people and animals whenever possible. I have already learned more about Skyrim alchemy by playing him, and about Illusion spells which I typically would never use except for "muffle" for stealth characters. That's my mission: Jean-Pierre is going to take me places I would never otherwise go. That's the point.

While he acts a little silly at present, my role model for Jean-Pierre is Sotha Sil, one of the more compassionate members of Morrowind's Tribunal. Minimize harm. Maximize good. Don't kill just because you can.
