2Asvaldur Forgesson has a totally legit grievance against the Thalmor and the Empire. The Thalmor took away his uncle for being a Talos worshipper, and the Empire allowed them in to do it to begin with. So he wants to kill every Thalmor and Imperial Legionnaire that he possibly can, until he dies or until they leave.
Buuuut... he may be developing a little tiny wee bit of a homicide problem. By which I mean he MAY be turning into a psychopathic monster with a collection of Elven skulls that would do Pelinal Whitestrake proud.
Which may not be a problem, depending on your point of view. I mean, Pelinal Whitestrake killed tens of thousands of them, and he's considered an emancipating semi-divine hero. To humans at least. To mer, not so much.
Compounding this is the fact that he acknowledges that simply killing hundreds of mer and Imperials really isn't going to change anything. If he wants to make SOME impact, he would have to join the Stormcloaks which he will never do because he hates every kind of tyrant, even Nord ones. But he's not just going to let them slide either.
Which means the skull collection will only grow.
