Skyrim NPC not following FIX
7Just a little hint for everybody who had the same problem as me, when Tolfdir didn't go to the Saalthar and just waited in the academy..
when you are close to Saalthar, type this into console "player.placeatme 0001c19e" that will teleport the Tolfdir right to you, and he will automatically go near Saarthal entrance and everything will work again (the same thing can be used to any other bugged NPC in game, just type "help name" into the console and you will get info about the NPC, with their code, put that code into the console right after the "player.placeatme" and it will teleport the NPC to you :)
Little bit late because I got Skyrim just recently :)
