2I feel in many ways it is a step backwards from Oblivion. There are no items to hunt for and there is pacing issues with a lot of walking from quest to quest. The herb and shout mechanics are new additions but they don't meaningfully improve on the gameplay experience. Voice acting is cool but the volume of the voices was too low - drowned out by game noise and music.
Next up Morrowind to round out the adventure.
