This video shows several examples of the starts and auroras in the sky fading to a flat grey while using the Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel mod.

A lot of weather/lighting/ENB combinations were used in an attempt to narrow down the real issue. Specifically, True Storms, RLO and Darker Nights mods, along with Rudy ENB. At various points in time all, or part, of these were stripped out and the night sky issue still persisted. Only when NAT was completely removed from the mod load order did the night sky behave normally.

As a result, I have shifted away from using NAT and instead am now using Obsidian Weathers instead of NAT, with True Storms, RLO, Darker Nights, and Rudy ENB.

My preference would be to use NAT - because it's an awesome mod. But with a fading night sky it's just not feasible.
