set timescale to 11000 (set time speed)
tfc (toggle free camera)
tm (toggle HUD including console)
tcai (toggle NPC combat)
tdetect (toggle NPC detection)
player.placeatme NPC_ID # (to summon NPC)
addfac 5C84D 1 (change targeted NPC to follower, for NPC with dialogue option only)
