Having talked with Tyranus about different things, such as daedra worshippers I told him of the cannibal woman that was in the hall of the dead and how there were others there in Markarth as well and several more that were to meat at some place. We found the location, the dead were alive, draugr, and we found where the other worshippers of Namira were as well, a place inside set up like a dining hall, both ready to eat whatever foul meat was put in front of them. Neither got a chance to retaliate, but the ghost of the cannibal leader was tied to the place to protect Namira's sanctuary. Well, she's just a puddle of glowing blue goo now. There was a ring in this slimy puddle, I gave it to Tyrannus for safe keeping, he can bring it to wherever the Vigilant meet up and lock it away or destroy it if possible.
