Skyrim Special Edition (PC mod) Esterah Alternate Start part 22
Okay, so I am starting to believe these dwemer were really messed up, and I think all these dwemer ruins were only made to amuse themselves. Like, how come it is always set up with all these automatons and traps that could even kill them, they couldn't possibly realistically live in any of these places. Sure, there's furniture, beds, living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, but really, the traps, I wouldn't feel comfortable living here and going down hallways hoping a trap doesn't go off and burn or chop me to bits. Maybe all the traps were set in place afterwards just before the dwemer disappeared, but if so as to why, who knows. You know one thing I've been thinking, these places were like a game to them, they probably threw people in here or maybe challenged them to reach a treasure at the end, all the while they have to survive against dangers that were purposely put in place to not only stop them but kill them, they probably even placed bets.
