Skytropolis is a $24.99 VR building sim game that supports regular PC gameplay, and VR gameplay on the HTC Vive and the Oculus Rift with Touch. You can use the VR motion controllers to drag yourself around and scale the world, so you can build up the various rooms on the tower from a gods-eye perspective and then scale down to human scale to look at the view out the window of the room you just placed. Skytropolis is my favorite city building game so far in VR and I reccomend it to anyone looking for a VR SimCity or Sim Tower style builder game.

"You have secured a contract to build the world’s first vertical megacity. Start with a plot of land in the center of your city and build upwards into the sky, designing your ideal Skytropolis tower.
