Wei Shen must infiltrate the Sun On Yee to destroy the Triad organization. Wei’s loyalties are tested as he struggles between his old boyhood friends and getting revenge for the deaths of his family.

Wei stops in to see inspector Teng and offer his assistance. She has a lead on Popstar that she asks Wei to look into. With that goal in mind, Wei sets up a meeting with Ming, which gives Wei an excuse for a meeting with Popstar himself. After taking down a couple of deadbeat junkies, Wei picks up the package (and meets the supplier), but then must evade the cops.

Back in the marketplace, Wei meets up with a merchant who needs him to do a little light insurance fraud. After dumping her car into the ocean, he then meets up with Calvin who punches a cop, and subsequently needs a quick escape ride. After finishing the favors, Wei returns his attention to the Popstar case, and after clearing out the thugs hanging around, he hacks the security feed, and uses the footage to identify and have the supplier arrested. Wei does a little light shopping at the market, and then does a quick favor for a woman, but ends up having to chase down a thief.
