Lucy has been around SF2 for some years remaining as one of the most terrifying boss, and I was the one that wanted to rework her the most.

She's no longer a Hit n Run Charger, but Wandering Charger with fake copies.
Fake copies do only 1 damage, but it shows overlay on scare and instantly disappears after attacking.
There's a tiny little difference between real and fake.
The real one has her breathing sound, long spawn animation, and wider glow, meanwhile fakes have half-invisible render around them and has the old idle sounds.
Both can walk around when getting alerted, so be careful.
The real one adds one more copy on Insane, and 2 copies on Apollyon.
Meanwhile the fake one adds one more copy on Nightmare.
She also has her model updated with ghost hands and new animations, and most importantly, advanced deathcam.
