📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into regions of 9 orthogonally connected cells each, such that every cell is part of exactly one region. Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and region.
• Internal Variable Digit Sandwich: A cell containing an arrow and a number in its top left corner is the crust of a sandwich, and crusts can be any digit. The filling of the sandwich starts in the cell adjacent to the crust, extending in the direction of the arrow. The whole filling must be in the same region, which must be a different region from the crust. The digits of the filling must sum to the total in the top left corner of the crust cell. There is a second crust cell directly after the filling, which must be in the same region as the first crust cell.
• Ratio Pairs: digits separated by a black dot must be in a ratio of 2:1.
