416Somatic refers to the body, and the goal of this somatic measuring session is to get you relaxed, grounded, and present within your body. In addition to using a metal and fabric measuring tape, we'll be employing some sensory awareness, guided relaxation, and grounding techniques throughout the video for an experience that's not just about measuring :)

From Oxford Languages: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.'"
