Some more in depth detail on a lock/reset...

A lock can only be initiated when you send an opponent into a tumble animation, they hit the ground but they missed their tech. If you successfully land a weak attack within the first few frames of landing, their character will be forced to simply stand right up. They cannot roll, tech or get up attack. This is also referred to as a "Reset". The maximum amount of times an opponent can be locked is 3 times, after which they will automatically stand up.

-F-Throw % (Forward Throw) indicates the highest % your opponent can be before initiating a F-Throw as the throw itself will do damage

-D-Air % (Down Air) indicates the highest % you can initiate a lock with a D-Air
