I collect the star Scale the Mountain in Tall, Tall Mountain using 0 A presses, without placing the HOLP prior to entering the course.

Previously, I had collected this star using 0 A presses by first placing the HOLP while in Tiny-Huge Island, the video of which can be found here: http://youtu.be/cfoAcWa7bjc. However, it was beneficial to show that this star could be collected without a prior HOLP placement, because placing the HOLP within Tiny-Huge Island requires an A press to enter that course. Thus, showing that this star doesn't require prior HOLP placement eliminates the dependency of this star on that A press. The Any% ABC Run no longer makes use of Tiny-Huge Island (due to recent improvements), and so this was necessary to show in order to maintain this star at 0 A presses.
