It works from this little bit of testing some things. Not everything is right. Maybe someone can weed through and resolve the others. Seem to be with some textures looking for the assets in levels/east_coast_usa for some reason. It will load like Small Island but will be Outrun for you to change and make your own map.
Any problems let me know. I won't make another book for dummys on the track converting until I get one that is error free. This may be a track someone will find easier than going though the process them self.
