The smartest strategy to pass FMGE in First Attempt

Past five years, the difficulty level, image-based questions, cases, and bouncers in FMGE have gone up considerably. Many students who have written the exam often claim that the level FMGE similar to that of NEET PG. and to give evidence to such a statement almost all the students are studying from Review books for individual subjects written by eminent authors PAN India and also the same teachers are teaching for neet pg aspirants as well and FMGs.
Despite securing top scores in medical schools abroad, students must and should prepare with an increased level of intensity and rigor as there is no room for blunders or excuses at this critical stage of our life.
We all know that The FMGE consists of 300 questions and You need to score 150 marks to qualify for the exam and u have to keep in mind that Scoring 0 or 149 doesnโ€™t make difference but Getting that extra one mark 149 + 1, will enlighten ur career.
Syllabus
You have to cover all the 19 subjects irrespective of the number of months of preparation and there should not be any scope that you will be studying only 13 to 14 subjects or most scoring subjects and leave the rest, this will be an absolute crime because always keep in mind that 149+1=150, so that 1 mark matters the most that is why at least give 1 attempt to complete the syllabus and during revision, u can focus on scoring subjects and important topics but do not start ur preparation itself by selecting 13-14 subjects and its it extremely important that You need to integrate all the subjects.
For example, when you are studying the cardiovascular system, you also need to study the cardiovascular system in all the other subjects, like CVS anatomy, CVS path , CVS pharma, and internal medicine
Doing this itโ€™ll help you to connect all the subjects simultaneously.
Integration of all the subjects will make it easier to remember complex topics
Do not leave short subjects at any cost As per the recent FMGE, short subjects have a bit slight boost in your qualifying of the exam.
Class notes
You must and should have notes which u have taken in the class and make sure that the notes is complete and each and every high yield point is noted carefully because it will serve as a quick reference guide when ur preparing or revising the syllabus during the last month of the exam and if u don't have classes notes u can relay up on prepladder or marrow notes as it will be enough for u to crack ur exam. When exam preparation reaches its peak, one does not get enough time to go through the entire topic that why while preparing itself make sure u write one line for every chapter as it will act as a booster for ur final revision. u should not forget that Taking notes will also facilitate faster and better retention.

Focus on Weaker and untouched topics or subjects
Most of the students make a common mistake that they always concentrate only on the on subjects or topics which they are strong and leave the tough and uninteresting topics for the last the reason thy do it because it will give them temporary satisfaction and feel-good factor but remember there is no shortcut to success.
First you need to focus on weaker areas and This greatly impacts your overall performance in the exam, not only that ull be much more confident when during the day of exam, and believe me that this will have an immense positive effect on ur brain which will increase ur ability to think faster and smarter and concentrate when u face typical questions in the exam
When ur studying weaker areas or tougher topics it will consume time but donot worry ant it just finish it in one go without thinking or hesitating further
Finally Just remember that you cannot afford to leave topics since every mark counts in the end.
How shld I plan my revision?
Revising the subjects time to time which u have covered thoroughly is extremely important as it will ensure that ull feel fresh regarding the topic u knw and it will retain always in ur conscious memory .
Minimum 2-3 revisions are must but the biggest question is how do I revise this enormous volume for thet the best answer I gave earlier that one liners will be ur life savers.
Ask ur mentors or seniors to give u a study schedule you can rely on , this will keep u disciplined towards target and ull not be in a chaotic situation at the end and stressed .

Keep Watching and share with your friends .Thank you
