Time to stretch out!

With the announcement (kinda) of Fighter/Challenger Pack 6 being a fighter from ARMS being the third major fighting game of Smash history, the question: Who could it be? What could they bring? And what fighter could Nintendo and Sakurai choose?
There are at least 15 fighters in ARMS right now and most people suggest either Spring Man, Min Min, Ribbon Girl, Max Brass, Twintelle, etc.
Can all of these fighters make it in as a playable character in the roster? And would their moveset be simple, broken, or unique? And will the Asssits Trophy/Spirit Rule be broken if Spring Man is a fighter?
