Here's the next addition to my LWBDAN Alternative Takes series, this time featuring our favorite street fighting hobo. Back when I was recording the original Luigi video, I thought it would be easy to get Ryu on Suzaku Castle but decided to do Ken on Suzaku instead while I tried Ryu on the unused but fellow Capcom stage Wily Castle, with that idea going successfully without much issue and getting me a new stage in the process while keeping the Echoes' deaths unique from each other. So for the Alternative Takes series, trying Ryu on his home stage was an obvious choice, and it turns out there's a fairly repeatable death with him here, you can probably replicate this yourself within 10 or so tries. And as I'll keep doing for these, I include the replay data in the beginning to show that these are indeed level 9 CPUs.
