This is the World C-4 Level from Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

The lazy design train continues in this level. It's basically a carbon copy of the World 7-4 level, but modified slightly to make it slightly harder. I think I noticed an extra Fire Stick at the start. Then there's the part where you must dodge two more Fire Sticks in narrow spaces. In the original World 7-4 version there was adequate spots to stand to insure the Fire Sticks would go through you without damaging you. Now, the left corner of the first Fire Stick is filled with a block, and both corners of the second Fire Stick are filled with blocks. How the heck are you supposed to get through the second Fire Stick without taking a hit? I have no idea how. Luckily, Bowser is still a pushover. If you had to take a hit from Bowser to survive, this level would have been broken.
