0If you make it to World 8-3 as small Mario, then don't panic! There is a relatively simple strategy that you can do to guarantee that you will leave for World 8-4 with a Fire Flower to defeat Bowser with. I show how to do it in this video. Long story short there are two power ups located near the first two pairs of Hammer Bros. If you can get both of them, you will be set.
