SMITE Guan Yu Siege

I played some Guan Yu here. I felt I had to go more towards the defensive side since I wasn't taking any chances. Upon further inspection I could have gone more offensive. Somehow I still did more damage than our Nem though.
Lol this was...An interesting one. Guan Yu and Janus...Not really the best combo in the world but we made it work. Our lane did the best. How is that possible? Well it helped that even though the Janus and the Chang'e were in a premade they didn't demand to lane with each other lol. So many games are lost because people insist on planning with friends and having two physical or magic gods in the same lane. Chang'e did get Meditation though lol. Really is garbage in any mode that is not Assault. However the Xbalanque also got Meditation... GG. WHY. Well at least matchmaking didn't force me to lose with premades who all rush salvation in Siege Mode again. I really wish they'd bring back Arena Leagues and maybe even made Siege Leagues one day so we can have more serious matches since it's so hard to find those really competitive and exciting games with seas of trolls and leavers out there.
Ok and yeah Janus ult+Guan Yu ult=bad idea lol. Since you obviously can't go through the portal on the horse I swear it creates some kind of hitbox you can't pass through. Otherwise at least I would have kept going towards my target.
Me and Janus had some good teamwork at times but when he ulted and then all of a sudden I was teleported away from some low HP Gods that was kind of a shame. I don't think he was trolling since he was well mannered in the lobby it was just a bad ult.
Meditation in Siege Mode? GG is the moral of the story. Don't buy it. Chronos' Pendant is just a waaaay smarter buy in Siege mode if you're really hurting for Mana on a Mage and it provides +25 MP5, some cool down reduction AND magic power too. Of course it costs more than meditation but it's a very solid item.
