My casual level series, making a full "game". The difficulty ramps up a little more with this level, using the Bullet Bill Blasters and Cannons. Originally, it was harder than this, so I had to nerf it to prevent the level, in what's supposed to be a mostly casual series, from becoming a bullet hell.

Some Notes

- For each level, there are exactly three lives that can be obtained: One for collecting 100 coins; one for collecting a 1-Up Mushroom, and one at the end goal (this does not take into account multiple coins and shrooms acquired between lives during Endless runs).

- In the case of castle levels, there are 100 coins, and two 1-Up Mushrooms, as there are no 1-Ups to be had at the axe in the end of those.
