Finally beaten her. She does more damage on hard even with Divine Pillar. I was planning to beat her on normal P3, but I messed up with giving my personas the wrong skills such as Mind Charge and Morning Star. I only did about 100-200 damage lol! By that time, I scrapped the idea and attempted her again on P3: FES. This fight was really lucky for me, everything went right. I got the Plume of Dusk from Elizabeth's request # 78. I will attempt to do this if I can fuse Orpheus Telos since I saved this on a different save file and see if it's any easier. At least more than 10 attempts trying to beat her. She gives you the Platinum Bookmark, which I pressed the x button too fast to see.

Persona 1: Surtr - Block Hit, Light and Darkness - Absorb Fire - Ice inflicts the most damage on Surtr

Persona 2: Jack Frost - Block Penetrate, Light and Darkness - Absorb Ice - Fire and Wind inflict the most damage on Jack Frost

Persona 3: Thor - Block Slash, Light and Darkness - Absorb Thunder - Wind inflicts the most damage on Thor

Persona 4: Cu Chulainn - Block Penetrate, Light and Darkness - Absorb Wind - Thunder inflicts the most damage on Cu Chulainn

Persona 5: Metatron - Block Fire, Ice, Wind, Thunder, Light and Darkness - Almighty inflicts the least damage on Metatron

Persona 6: Alice - Block Fire, Ice, Wind, Thunder, Light and Darkness - Almighty inflicts the least damage on Alice

Persona 7: Nebiros - Block Light and Darkness - Almighty inflicts the least damage on Nebiros

Persona 8: Masakado - Block All But Almighty

After Masakado: Repeat Back To Surtr

Special Persona: Pixie - Block All But Almighty

Will berserk if you have one other party member.
Will berserk if you have Omnipotent Orb equipped.
Will berserk if you have any persona that nulls/absorb/repel her spells when she cast them. She will cast Megidolaon for 9999 damage if you have any of those three listed above.
Will berserk if you use Armageddon and she survives. She will use Pixie and cast Diaharan and then cast Megidolaon until you are dead.
Once Elizabeth goes berserk, it's over.

Since you go first, take full advantage of her persona's weakness.
My strategy:
1st Turn: Mind Charge, Power Charge or Heal
2nd Turn: Heal or Niflheim
3rd Turn: Heal, or Ragnarok
4th Turn: Heal or Panta Rhei or Magarudyne (I didn't have Norn for Panta Rhei at this time)
5th Turn: Heal or Thunder Reign
6th Turn: Heal or Physical Attack
7th Turn: Heal or Physical Attack
8th Turn: Infinity

Rinse and repeat until her HP is below 10,000. I used a calculator to keep track of her hp. Wait for her 2nd attack so hopefully you'll counter her. Once her hp is below 10,000, use Armageddon. Victory is so bittersweet!
