Smuggler's Run GBA Gameplay
1Smuggler’s Run on the GBA is another port. This one wasn’t well received by players. It doesn’t come close to the original,, because it’s a downsized version of the original game. The game is okay at first, but becomes bland pretty fast. The 29 missions included in the Game Boy Advance version are described by some as being boring, tideous, or too easy. And yes, they are easy, and maybe that is a bad thing for many, but even for me, the game became bland. And I usually look into easier games. The game is pretty bland, I have to admit.
No matter if you are under time limit or race against an oponent, you just have to go after the arrow, take the package and deliver it. There is no strategy involved. You just follow the arrow in some bland environments. There are 4 environments of such.
It’s nice that the terrain looks 3D, but graphics alone, don’t make the game worthwile. It’s impressive from a technical standpoint, but since the gameplay is so bland, you won’t be playing much of it.
