10"Q*Bert 3" was released on the SNES in 1992, and was developed by Realtime Associates. I judge this to be a worthy entry in the Q*Bert pantheon. The psychedelic backgrounds are a bit much at times, but they can be turned off. There are a bunch of additions to the game, in terms of enemies and obstacles, and I think most of them are reasonable. I only ran into a couple of situations where I was stuck for a move. Most of my player losses were due to my own mistakes. Of course you can argue that all of them were due to my own mistakes, if I was good enough at the game. 😁
