All links are near the top or bottom of the description.
All software mentioned includes – 7-zip, AMD/Nvidia/Intel Graphics Drivers, C++, DirectX, Game file (in formats of .smc, .sfc, .fig, .swc).
You can Google the download for a gamefile (or other appropriate format) if you choose the illegal route.
_____________________________Instructions – Install & Run Snes9X_______________________________
A – Go to the website shown (link near the top of the description) and look at the "Snes9x 1.54.1 Windows Version" downloads. Either select 64-bit or 32-bit depending on your operating system. If you don't know which OS you have, 32-bit will be fine.
B – Once your download's finished, go to your downloads folder and unzip the file (tutorial for 7-zip also near the top of the description).
C – Open the emulator by double-clicking on the application.
D – If you want to further configure controls for a custom keyboard layout or a gampad, go to "Input", and click "Input Configuration". From here you can change controls by selecting a button and pressing the button or key you want to bind it to. Press "Ok" whenever you're finished.
E – To open the game you want to play, go to File - Load Game..., select the game you want to play and press "Open". Your game should've started.

Basic Graphics Configuration
A – To enter and exit full screen, use ALT+Enter during a game.
B – If you want a larger sized window- Go to Video - Window Size - and select 3x or 4x.
C – For a higher resolution, go to Video - Display Configuration and under "Fullscreen Display Settings" select the bottom resolution.
D – (While in Display Configuration) Under Output Image Processing, I recommend trying out 6x BRZ as well.
E – To have no black bars (causes stretching), uncheck "Maintain Aspect Ratio" (still under display settings).
