All links are near the top or bottom of the description.
All software mentioned includes – 7-zip, AMD/Nvidia/Intel Graphics Drivers, C++, ISO or CSO file.
You can Google the download for an ISO file (or other appropriate format) if you choose the illegal route.
_______________________________Instructions – Install PPSSPP_________________________________
A – Go to the website shown and scroll a little to see "PPSSPP for Windows". To the right side of the webpage click "download 1.4 zip".
B – Your download should've started. Once it's done go to your downloads folder, right click on the zip file, hover over to 7-zip, and click "extract here" (you can also choose to make a dedicated folder if you'd like. Not needed however).
C – You can now open up the emulator by double clicking the application (PPSSPPWindows).
D – If you wish to configure a controller or custom keyboard + mouse controls, go to "Settings" (to the right), click on "Controls" (to the left), and click "Control mapping". Now click on "Dpad Up" to modify the button or key used to input up on the dpad. Do the same with the rest. If you don't want your own settings to interfere with anything else, you might want to get rid of the preset keys by pressing on the "X"s to the right.
E – Press "Back" twice (lower left of the application). Click "Load..." (near the upper right) and choose the ISO, CSO, or any compatible format of the game you want to play. Your game should've started.

Basic Quality Configuration
Go to Settings and make sure you're on the "Graphics" section (most upper left. Here are a few options you can do to improve quality. Keep in mind that these options may make performance worse.
A – Turn "Postprocessing shader" to "FXAA Antialiasing" for improved image quality. There are also many other options for if you understand what they mean.
B – Click "Rendering resolution" and you'll see 1x, 2x, 3x, etc. The higher you go the better image quality you'll achieve, but also the worse performance you'll get.
C – Under texture scaling, increase the upscale level to improve quality. Upscale type, the lower it is on the list the better it is in quality, worse in performance.
