With the release of Surge, I wanted to revisit a deck that's running a huge pile of 4-cost cards, because Surge can really help smooth out the curve alongside Zabu and Phastos!

Power Estimate: This list had a good 9-6 run for me, and it feels notably more consistent than past versions of this deck with Surge and The Hood adding some extra layers to it. I'm actually hopeful that it can stay a winning deck as more data rolls in on it.
