Many fantasy games have some sort of health potion which instantly restores hit points to the player. This is usually explained in-universe through restorative magic. But in Fallout, we have the stimpak. And Fallout, unlike fantasy games, doesn't have healing magic. So, what exactly is a stimpak? What possible concoction of medicine could be inside of a metallic syringe that fixes cuts, breaks, lesions, etc? Well, let's find out.
