Look, I think some of the arguments are valid. This is 100% pandering, there were so many other characters they could have used for this, some of which were incredibly well known ninja characters like your Hanzo Hattoris, your Kanto Dazos, your Goemons, your Mochizuki Chiyomes, and I will totally agree that they should have used though but like...every other argument is just...stupid?

Oh I'm sorry, are we talking about historically accurate in a game series where alien devices are helping tip the balance of history? Show me in history with Napoléon used alien tech to win his wars? Show me in history where alien tech helped fight the Egyptian Gods, or Greek Gods and Monsters?

"Oh, well you would have been upset if it was a white guy in a mostly black area as the main character." You mean like what happened in Black Flag...with a white main character, who was a British Welsh White Man in the Carribeans, or does that not count because...reasons? Can I see your tweets where you were upset then? No, they don't exist, hm, interesting.

But yeah, if you want to complain about the black man main character in Japanese focused game, I'm going to need you to show me the same ones you made about white man main character in Japanese focused game with Nioh, I got time, I will wait.

That said, not even gonna buy this game, I don't care how good it is, 130 dollars for the full package from a company that has shown that they WILL take away the stuff you bought from them if it stops being convenient for them, yeah lul no. Why the fuck does a single player game even NEED a season pass?
