I tried a few different combinations but unfortunately it seems 6 Rounds is the best I could do. I'm sure 5 Rounds is doable but oh well, boss just took too long to bring down.

This strat is very reliable because the enemies will hardly change their targets so you should be able to get all the same knockbacks.
