Today we start producing our first program. Our first program will be a 2D Editor. Not only do we have to worry about picking what features we want it to have and what operating systems our 2D Editor can go on, we have to worry about how many copies we order for our program. We also run our own online store. To maximize our sales, we start a couple of ads for our program and send out some review copies to journalists. Hopefully, we'll start making some real money.

Software Inc. is a software tycoon game where you get to build and run your own software development studio. As the owner of your company, you can hire employees, build your own studio, and designing and developing your own software. There are a lot of different types of software that you can develop, including operating systems, games, 2d editor, 3d editor, game engines, and word processing software. You are also able to run your own marketing campaign and you can even research new and patient new technology. If there is a company that is causing you problem, you can buy them out on the stock market.

Please be aware that that Software Inc. is still in development, so there might be bugs. We are currently playing Alpha 9.11 of Software Inc.
