Solar Settlers - Exploration & Colonization in Moments - Let's Play
8Welcome to Solar Settlers, my friends! This cardy boardy game of solar system colonization, exploration and conquest just dropped as I write this, and it's absolutely delightful. Basically, you have a set number of turns to settle a certain amount of colonists, and only certain cards/tiles can settle colonists, so you'll need to plant them wisely. You also need to manage resources for moving, breathing and building per turn, so that you can explore, expand and colonize in time. It's a very fun, elegant design. In this entry I play through three matches. I lose one and win two, and the wins are so super satisfying. Overall, this is a really terrific game that I am definitely going to be playing more often.
