All the outposts we went to so far appeared similar. We got the sense that the fight (if any) in all the outposts would probably be similar/repetitive. If that's the case, it is an opportunity loss in terms of their encounter design. They could have simply added things like redeemers or other beasts/dragons/summons into the encounter to spice things up.
