A TA soldier has written a book about his combat experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that followed.

Jake Wood did three tours in five years, each time returning to civilian life as a city business analyst.

Coping with his starkly different military and homes lives was difficult. War had taken its toll and in 2008 he was diagnosed with PTSD.

Jake's first book "Among You" details everything from the adrenalin of the live firefight, and the desperation of vainly trying to save his comrades to the long periods of boredom.
