An easier duplication glitch, for those having trouble with the matchmaking glitch, this one, you don't require to go online and you can even dictate how many you get in one go! All you need to do is play handheld for a little while!
I press Y to open the stash, after doing that I start tapping on the screen in the position where the Bolter Tissue is.
Once you have it selected you press Right on the DPad, if you're able to move over to the Storage section, while also increasing the amount of Bolter Tissue, you've done it correct.
After that, just keep increasing the amount of bolter tissue until the desired amount and then select another item in your stash or inventory and press A on it and you'll transfer the full amount that you had selected in bolter tissue but it will transfer that amount of the other item instead.
