I did not complete whole Act 4 as solo Leper. I reached the boss with a full party, then modified the save file data this way:
1. Removed other 3 heroes.
2. Gave Leper Thrilling Tablet and Cleansing Clasp trinkets.
3. Gave Leper Jinx, Bloodthirsty and Cosmic Hater quirks.
No memory or inn item buffs were added.
